Our 4-person team worked to develop a data-informed invasive species management framework for the City of Worcester under Professors Stephen McCauley and Katherine Foo. Researched prevention, management, and disposal strategies; collaborated with city officials and field experts; and delivered a species-specific management guide supported by a graphical report, poster, and APA-style proposal.
